I have no idea for BB. I know that I quit all of the heavy stuff 2 weeks out from a PLmeet, but still hit the accessory work hard

you should keep training untill a few days out. or else your muscle will start to leak glycogen and you wont be full on stage.
^^^thats coming from layne norton and i wouldnt bet against what he says..dudes a genius and hes guys (and himself) always come in full sharp shredded dialed and dry..

3-4 days to let the striations come out.

when i did, it was 3 days you go very light this is the no carb faze then you slowly
bring carbs up......because you're flat as hell..

3-4 days. when you workout, you inflame the muscles. this causes some water retention
