nah in reality razorripped is old school and is incorrect on a whole lot of issues regarding steroids flexington.

I've never read any of his post & such. But from what I hear from others it's either hit or miss.

To be honest I prefer the "old school" approach. Bodybuilding nowadays has become chemical warfare. Back in the day the guys did a lot less and relied mostly on diet, cardio, and suffering, and the physiques were much better than todays bloated messes.
So maybe old school isnt all that bad :)
Also its good to hear a different opinion on things. I dont agree with everything he says either, but its always nice to see a different point of view. Therefore I endorse his board :) and hes a good guy.

razor is the exact same way which is why many people dont like him. i think hes an okay guy to be honest and his recent pics display a quality bb'ing physique but when it comes to diet and steroids alot of his ideas have been debunked and he just wont admit it.

I would have to agree with you about that. I think some old school stuff has a place as well as newer theories & such. However, as you said it's become chemical warfare with whoever takes the most drugs wins (IMO going way too far). In your opinion who would have the best of both worlds?

To be honest, i would say read all u can, and have an open mind. Thats the best way to go about things.
But like this past year i worked with disgusted, and the dude is old school to the core, and the results speak for itself. Hell he even transformed King Kamali into having a top 6 physique at a tough pro show. So "old school" speaks for itself.

I couldn't agree more. I think most old school advice & such is pretty solid. However, new things shouldn't be ignored either.
Disgusted did do a great job with King.

Very true, I think what guys are doing now though, is they're doing all the "new things" and forgetting about the old.
When a healthy mix of both ( what jim does ) is most likely your best option!
What DO YOU think Rimbaud?? U know your shit and I respect your opinion, so what would u have to say is the best

I think you are going about it the right way Flex, building that solid base naturally, before hitting up the chemicals.

Best what exactly do you mean? I've got a feeling but I don't want to waste time answering the wrong question.

Sorry, I have to disagree. Nothing wrong with old school. But Razor is completely arrogant and off his rocker. There's a fine line between old school and being archaic and completely off point. Razor is usually wrong, but very adamant about being correct. That, my friend is very dangerous.
