Yes, the sport is overly dominated by really short people ( that is 5' 7 and under). However, Lee fills a whole new void of shortness, standing at a tiny 5' 4.
Bottom line, short people are seen as funny little things. Especially short bodybuilders. They just reek of overcompensation and inadequacy!
