Test Prop/Eq or Tren ace...run an AI to keep water down through cycle( adi, aromasin, letro at .5mg EOD or so...

But isnt dbol "known" for its water retention and estrogen... i know its a benefit for maximum growth and strength, but i think test/deca, anti-e's, and maybe something a few weeks in like winstrol or another cutting agent

He said lean mass, lean mass = muscle. That cycle is the best cycle for adding lean mass. It's not going to make you fat unless you eat like shit. Yea you'll get some water retention while on, but when off it will clear out in a 10-14 days. Winstrol isn't the best for adding muscle and doesn't compare to the above mentioned compounds.

6-8 weeks - training EOD.
6-8 weeks - sleeping ED.
6-8 weeks - eating ED.
8-12 weeks - training EOD and running EOD.
8-12 weeks - sleeping less but deeper.
8-12 weeks - eating cleaner.
12-18 - resting.
