Your a book worm like myself.the movie Shooter was based on a book called "Point of Impact",by Stephen Hunter.
it's a great read and 10 times better than the movie.

I remember Clint saying in an interview for Pumping Iron that he was one of the very few actors going to the gym in the late 50's/early 60's....said it wasn't part of the job back then like it is today.

I was in the town library in Southhampton in '05. I was told he and his wife have a house nearby and they had donated money to restoring the library. I was stunned, but thought it was cool that he was still around.
