It's a rip if you buy 'em at GNC, dawg. I order their products over the Internet and save a lot of money! Their products work for my body.

NaNo Vapor is awesome! As well as Labrada's N.O. Extreme.  8)

doesn't really look too much different to me than Animal Pak, pretty moderate amounts of all the vitamins and minerals and then extra aminos and herbs thrown in, 5 capsule pak called Vitakic.

jesus, i would be surprised if someone didnt die taking that shit. So many contraindications and possible interactions, not to mention crappy forms of almost all the vitamins and minerals. Garbage. If your going to get a multi, just get a multi, all this other shit they have in it is underdosed for one, and not good to take on a chronic basis.

i dont even believe in a 'multi'vitamin'

for all your multivitamin eating resh raw vegetables and fruits is best.

adding in mega doses of certain vitamins i do think is good. i take alot of  zinc and magnesium.  i also like to take vitamin c iin mega doses. and i mean MEGA. like 5g.

i like extra strength green tea..which is good anti dioixidant..but i take it for the egcg not the polyphenols..  ( althought they might be the same thing IDK)...  fish oil for the epa/dha... EPO for the gla although i rarely ever buy that...

try to steer away from Muscletech. Their formula is simple:
take the  main ingredient + add bunch of other non-related / probably unneccesary shit + add a lil creatine so people geta  lil stronger and water weight an actually think their getting "bigger"+ sell at %230 of the regular price...

meh doesnt look that good to me, no mixed tocopherols or tocotrienols for that matter, shitty form of vitamin c, bunch of extras that are not multis.

LEF and AOR make much better multis if you compare the ingredients.

Unfortunately w/LEF you have to take 12 a day to get whats in it, I already take too many vitamins to add another 12 so I just take 4 a day of the DLabs multi. I take a separate gamma e, fish oil, msm, b-complex, zinc, Saw Palmetto, Coq, all from LEF. DLabs are USP grade thats something you don't see often with a multi.

im not saying they are a bad multi, its just that other companies have better products. I to get a discount on this company due to physician pricing and have tried a bunch of their products. Very high quality.
