MY WEIGHT IS 135lb & MY BENCH IS 155lb. I AM TAKING MULTI VITAMINS. THE PROB. IS THAT THAT I HAVN,T SIZE I WANNA BIG SIZE. I HAVE GOOD MUSCULAR BODY BUT NO SIZE MY CHEST IS JUST 40 inc.
