since jay showed up off 2 years in a row, the judges could not give him the olympia again.
gifts have occured before, but the reigning mr. olympia always showed up in shape the year after getting the gift.
jay had to loose and someone had to win. that someone was dexter.
it could also have been heath, wolf, freeman.
