i will be running 500mg a week from Sustanon for 10 weeks while running 25/50/50/50mg Dbol for the first 4 to kickstart the cycle. I just want to know what the average weight gain,bodyfat %, and strength increases will be?

It will be my first cycle and i have been training for 5 years, 5'8, 185Lbs, 10-12% bf, train 5 days a week, get 3000 + calories while 230+ protein.

Any advice on changing anything would be greatly appreciated too. thank you for all who help!

bro nobody responds the same. so any estimate is just that....an estimate.

but ill try to give you a ball park number..  at the end of the 10 weeks youll be 200lbs at 14 % bf.   :)


but in reality you might not responds at all or you could BLOW UP and look like levrone balogna

5 days a week is a sure fire way to overtrain if you are natural.  Even if you are only doing one body part a day.

best gains i ever made as a natural was when i first started and I was training 7 days a week 365 days a year bithdays christmas thanksgiving and sick days included. switched over to h.i.t. for a few months and lost an inch off my arms in that time.

well lol that says to me your gains were a lot of water/sarcoplasmic hypertrophy from the constant pumping and volume work.  There is no way you'd lose an inch of real muscle on your arms in two months just by doing HIT.  And you may very well respond to that type of volume.  Maybe you have great genetics.  Bottomline is the "average" trainee does not respond to that type of training very well.
