How often are you suppose to take milk thistle if you are taking orals?

I'm not really a huge fan of using Milk Thistle, especially since there are much better alternatives.  NAC blows it away and I use Liv.52 after I run oral cycles and always come back with perfect enzyme levels.

Milk thistle is effective depending on what you read.  Some will say products like SAMe are more effective depending on what you take or don't take.

I have some milk thistle left, is it ok to run it with my liv52 for my liver "pct"?

You don't use it during your oral cycle, it will interfere with the potency of the drugs.

Wait until PCT.

Yes thats also what I have heard, makes the drugs less effective.
