Title: One of my clients almost won a World Title.

Frank is 54 years old. He has been getting stronger as he gets older. He just started wearing a bench shirt and is having a hard time getting used to it. He would never dream of juicing. The USAPL orginization is a drug tested event. Not saying some don't slip through the cracks, but he ain't one of em!  He is a great inspiration in my gym.

When I "spot" him, he doesnt want me touching the bar. No noise (from him or me). Hopefully he will never fail completely because there is no way in hell I could never rack that weight.

that pic from 1986? your camera sucks! Thats some strong pressing though for sure!
