The article stated it...there are already enough penalties and protections in place for this sort of thing.  This position was basically another power grab.  I never got into the whole file sharing thing, but at the same time I really didn't see how it was illegal.  I understand the downloaded leaked music thing(which the music industry needs to blame themselves), but to go after sharers is stupid.
