hahaha Wow thats the worst form ive ever seen, its a rythmic pattern in which the bar dosent seem to ever go down he just bring his ass and belly up to touch it at the top...cant belive nobody laughed in that clowns face

there's a tool in my gym who does it on incline, effectively making it flat bench

on pullovers i drop my hips at the end of the ROM to get a better stretch.
