Go with the Bellagio. Normally I'd give the Wynn a slight advantage, yes I've stayed at both, but since you're attending "O" just stay there.

One more thing... PARTY!!

Stop in at Club Prive, main casino floor, and have a shot of there 1946 McCallan scotch. Only $100 per shot.

Both are nice, classy establishments. Wynn is quite far from the center of the action in Vegas though, so prepare for cabs/rental car.

I'd vote for Bellagio as well, they're both excellent hotels but as Tommy said since you're seeing O, just stay there.

the Wynn is ugly whats the theme there, not too impressive..just a bunch of plants inside

And yes, it is a show to get dressed up for  :D
