You are correct. We should sit down and negotitate with terrorist.  In that part of the world negotitation is seen as a sign of weakness.  We have the best soldiers and fighting force in the world( until Osama is president.) We should use them as such, not an occupying police force.  If we want to fight someone, we go, we kick their ass, we leave.  If they do not understand the lesson, we go, we kick their ass, we leave.
