Title: Hello everyone, I am new to the board

Hello,
I am here looking for inspiration and advice to help me achieve my dreams of attaining a figure/female bb physique
I live in Uk, and am surrounded by negativity and cynicsm, where people scoff at the thought of following a diet or training plan.
Everybody is out drinking, and I am training and eating good.
I hope to find motivation here.
