Literally, just FIVE minutes. No hard sprinting or running, but not brisk walking either. Most of the pros can barely walk a flight or stairs or participate in an interview without gasping.
To me, not being able to run a qtr mile without gasping for breath seems very healthy and good for you.
But at least they got muscle ::)

haha I just ran a half marathon last month, it was hard work, having muscle is not helpful in most athletic pursuits the strength that goes with it can be helpful but when you look at life from outside the bodybuilding bubble you ask yourself what's the point?
then you see a skinny cunt and you realise!!! I'm still running though, gives me more energy!!!

in this society looking good contributes more to one's ability to thrive than does your ability to run. this isnt the days of hunting and gathering anymore. fuck scrawny ass joggers and fuck jogging

Here's a better one: Ronnie in the 100 degree heat of Arlington doing 125lb lunges up and down a parking lot in his prime. That's completely beyond a 5 min run. But then again...Ronnie does have a real athlete background.

IMO, any Bber than can do 45 minutes of cardio at 130 heart rate, who is natural and doesn't eat a lot of shit, is probably fairly healthy.

Markus Ruhl has to rest on the trolley every minute while shopping to catch his breath, i seriously doubt this man could run for 2 minutes without stopping. Levrone could sprint 100m in 11seconds though.

People who do triathlon have endurance, and carry a decent amount of muscle. ;)
