Some fat guy deadlift/jerking 160 pounds of weight for 2 half-arsed reps. ::)
Some big guy helping me move once, curled a bar of similar weight I had, for 5 strict reps.
He was about 6'2'' 230 and completely natural.
He didn't have any definition; he was just a big guy.
Anyone with similar dimensions could probably do the same.
