wake up 3:45 AM
coffee/cigs/iron + vit supplementation
4:30 bag of microwave popcorn in the car to work
5 whole boiled eggs and a orange during the day
some bread and red pepersaus
3 whole eggs raw with some sugar
1 heineken
8 PM small pizza ( 650 cals) last meal
What do you think? EL Mariachi is working out hard and growing like weed.
This is what i do if im building muscle, i make long days, i eat a variety of foods, just no fancy stuff, i dont have time to bake a turkey.

wow thanks alot, you jus tmotivated me to drink a shake before bedtime.
A lot of guys forget that food like bread, pizza allready got plenty of protein in it.
I ate 8 eggs what more can i do

0930 started eating pasta(about 1/3 of a package (before cooking) of noodles and 1.5 lbs of hamburger)
1200 Still working on pasta.
0230 probably get a "builder" protein drink from the smoothie place
0400 Hit the gym......

wtf why should i lie? all i said is what i ate today + i had 4 coffee total. Im bulking and i can afford to eat carbs cause i require lots of energy during the day. dont you do that tommy

Before gym : 100grams Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese
After Gym : 1/2 litre Cherry Coke
Afternoon : 3 Choc Muffins
Evening : Snickers Bar, Half litre of OJ blended with 100 Grams of Oats

Have you thought about the Deluxe breakfast?
hash brown, biscuit, egg, sausage, and a few pancakes.
Also the mcgriddle can include sausage, egg, cheese, on a mini-pancake bun.

3 am: 1 kosher beef hot dog (frozen) preworkout
5 am: 1 sweet and low packet sprinkled over rye toast
9 am: lunch time! 10 salitines spread with Instone protein pudding. Two olives (pits removed)
12 pm: One case of Keystone Lite
3pm: Late night snack of "pepersaus" over veggies
