recently i was using USN`s pure protien and creatine x4 they were pretty good,deleivers what it has,unfortunately we dont get it these days?anyone tried more products?of USN??

USN is pretty big here in RSA.
I used to use their stuff, their shakes dont taste bad and USN NITROX was the first supplement that I could feel working all those years ago.
But over the years I use a mixture of brands frands from UNIVERSAL, MUSCLE SCENCE to EVOX whose products I am faithfull to and know work on me.
USN just got lost along the way for me.

yeah, plenty of USN products in SA - priced fairly compared to other stuff too, imo
IGF-1 Protein and 100% whey are quite good: I feel I recover much quicker when I use them
