1 packet Knox gelatin
1 scoop Gatorade (any flavor)
24 oz water

gelatin is good for the joints, allowing you to lift heavier, plus gatorade=replenishing glycogen in the muscle and added benefit of electrolytes=win. i would say add protein but anything over 20g a day is a waste unless you're on 20,000mg roids/day.

it seems to be the trend on getbig, if you're natural your body cant use more than 20g of protein day. i am following them.

There is no difference between subjects with moderate protein intake and high protein intake in reference to LBM changes. However there is a difference between MP/HP groups in comparison to low protein intake and it favours the MP/HP group.
