Title: Ben White - dropped from MD and Muscletech?
Post by: 240 is Back on October 20, 2008, 09:14:58 PM: I'm looking at MT's website - Ben White has disappeared.

I'm looking thru MD - his column gone.
His Pro thread on MD.com - he never posted on it once.

So what happened to the guy? When is he competing again?

I congratulated Ben at a National qulifiying show that he won back in May of 06'. He seemed humble. I dont know why he went the direction he did. He called out Ronnie at one point. He made boasts that he couldnt back up. At least when Kamali's mouth was causing trouble back in 2001 he was placing high at pro shows (2001 ASC). Ben talked trash before he even entered a pro event. At a certain point words just dont cut it. You need to produce. I hope he learned his lesson.

x2. one of the more arrogant guys i've met in the industry. I've seen him disrespect pros who were trying to be helpful so it wasn't an act. Kamali is a cool guy in person, I've never met anyone who met him and thought anything negative about him. It's usually 'wow, he's alot different than I thought he'd gonna be 9in a positive way)". I think a big part of Kamali's approach was for show and to lioven things up a bit, it worked great for him. U R who U R but maybe Ben will be a bit more humble next time.
