Title: SUST. AND DECA HOW TO

iam useing my first cycle ever after 3 years of very hard and intense natural training. i would appreciate addvice on how much and for what dirration of time to use what i have. i have 2 vials of deca 300 and 2 vails of sustanon 250 both 10mls also 25 tabs of 50mg anadrol and some clomid

1-10: 500mg sust
1-9: 300mg deca
1-4: 50mg anadrol

6 weeks of deca? it will just be kicking in by then....its not worth it to do deca for 6 weeks..

Abombs can be harsh & it can have a lot of side effects. However, I've had no problem with Anadrol & a ton with dbol. Go figure.

As for you cycle. Just stick with something basic:

Weeks 1-12 500mg Test
Weeks 1-10 300mg Deca

500mg test weeks 1-10
deca 600 mg weeks 1-10
proviron 50 mg a day
maybe you can add some winstrol? 100mg eod. weeks 6-12
pct weeks 13-15

More DECA than TEST = asking for trouble

although i do prefer my test higher than my deca. im just curious why is it asking for trouble if your deca is higher dosed than your test?

  For starters, it will take the lead from your pencil.
 
   As is my understanding, deca should be dosed at 2mg per lb. of body weight ew. Are you 300lbs Shrek ?

General rule with deca - 2:1 ratio with test.

Stop deca 2 weeks before last test shot.

Deca dick is always an issue when using high doses!

no im not 300lbs iam 270 though..... and i do have more sust 250 comeing in but not any deca
