I think you are.

Once you raise your endogenous testosterone levels through frequent training,

I believe you can cut training down to once a week, and still maintain it.

It's doubtful, unless you've been doing this type of routine for  several weeks.  More than likely, you are simply tired from the combination of work and training.  Ideally, you should try to space out your training days, rather than doing 4 in a row.
I work a lot of hours a week and am still able to train 5 days per week.  However, I eat well and "try" to get adequate sleep.
Good luck.

i would say possibly.

if your strength starts to go, and you get weaker in lifts then it definately is, and you need to take at least a week off.

Sounds like you might be coming down with something.  Your immune system is probably compromised with the reduced sleep and extra training.

try this life-style that you are in dire need of changing too for atleast a week to reset everything brother, we are going to get you in Fasting mode and resting mode whilist still doing your job

2 cups of coffe a day with whole milk and sugar
stalk of brocollie and banan
1/2 cup of grape juice
celtic sea salt and water
some sips of lemon juic
some sips/gulps of V8
1 inch cube of cheese
NO TRAINING ON FAST WAIST WILL BE NOTICABLY SHRUNKEN AND TIGHTEN AND MORE RIPPED BY DAY 2

eat this during your fast

but dont train . we are resetting the clocks by fasting and not abusing the body with workouts, its abuse if you feel like you are working too much , its abuse if you are slapping the shit out of a wife but not if you slap sometimes same with the body, read its needs , its cycles, what the body feels like doing. if you dont feel like working out then dont resume the fast

when you get back into training realize that 1 calorie per 1 repetition eating is assured fatloss as an addition to the daily fast diet layed out above is the core of your eating and never changes

each addition to the diet must be burned off completley 1 calorie per one repetition
(cake)
(icecream)
(protien bar)
(buiscuit)
ect

Hi, I recently made some changes that I'm sure would help anyone over trained.

1 reduced eating to about a third or fourth of normal, about 1000 cals now. Reduced workouts way down. I now only do cardio 1 to 4 times a day, at 1 minute at a time, no more. And about 1 to 4 workouts per day. Today I did 3 chest workouts for example.

2. I only do some sets when I feel inspired, motivated, or energetic, or perhaps from frustration or from adrenalin release, whatever the reason, you can tell when its optimal to go at it.

Maybe 4 sets in the morning of chest, and next workout again chest. And do so till it feel like it's starting to get over worked or peaked in performance, maybe after 2 to 3 days of sporadic short heavy set workouts, then I just switch to another muscle group work it in the same fashion.

I'm wholeheartedly certain of great results from this. My strength up slightly even though I'm also now eating a vegetarian diet with some whey powder once or twice a day.

This most certainly will reduce stress hormones like cortisol which compete for receptor sites and inhibits optimal fat burning, reduce unessential water retention, increase anabolic hormones, let's me eat way less, deeper sleep, require less sleep.

Just have to give it time. Soon I will increase calories again but only to cover perhaps 80% of the energy expenditure so that I can lower my basic metabolism slightly.

Instead of training whole body at optimal performance, just train to have an incredible physique.

Overall I have reached the conclusion that this is the most optimal way of building a physique.

Just a note about onion powder, that is some strong stuff, be care full with it. I'm think it neutralizes a lot of cholesterol and fats and it can overload your system, I had a recent scar on my hand reinfected somehow so I got off onion powder completely.

Yes I think it's to strong to be used in therapeutic way, puts more of a load on body than the benefit it gives. It also grows underground, and it makes wonder about it's suitability for human consumption.

ur overtrained.

You can train your whole body in three days a week very easily. You don't need much training at all to grow. It's just hard to accept it when you want it all so much.

As for Johnny Falcon, i don't know anyone else who would want to lose so much muscle. He doesn't realise how to get the face and abs lean (actually even leaner) while still holding his muscle.

Not really, it's like this, people hear what they want to hear. If they want it to be gay then that's what they focus on. Simple as that.

And now I want to hear about your muscle retaining beatification techniques.

(I'm sure everyone here are interested in such knowledge, whether they say so or not.)

Eat 2 meals at least before going to work. If that doesn't help try doing some cardio in the early morning. Should get you started.

do you do deadlifts and squats every week? for a natural i think its a good idea to keep deadlifts to once every other back workout, not every one.
take a week off if you need to, eat alot and take some time to recover/give your body a rest, you will be better for it(unless you recently took a break).

4 me this is overtraining.. It's better 2 take more off days to grow.. Don't forget that the mental effort you do and the stress u r under at work take from ur energy.. I always believe it's very enough to train each muscle one time per week.. Like this you will have to train 3 or 4 days per week only.. If ur weekend is 2 days this is great so u can train on these 2 days while ur energy is good then just add another day or 2 in the middle of the week after work..

this is not because of possible infections, they tell yogi's not to eat garlic or onion because it makes them horny - effects their fire element (kundalini from the balls) it also produces hardons while meditation.

so says panda.

once you take your week off to recover, there are a few steps you can take to optimise your workouts.

1 - increase the days off bewtween your workouts. you say you workout 4 days in row, well try 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, or 1 on 1 off.
2. - reduce overall worksets - focus on heavy weight and lower reps - thios will reduce cortisol release.
3. - drop assistance excercises, focus on the compound movements.
4. - optimise cns recovery via frequency of muscle group being worked, i.e. science shows us that protein synthesis after a workout lasts 48-72 hours. however cns recovery takes 72 hours. so work the same muscle group every 3rd day to optimise cns recovery/strength and protein synthesis/strength. i.e. you could do bench/tri ext/shoulders on monday - rows/bi curls/rear delts on tuesday, then legs on wednesday, then repeat.

studies also show that working a muscle group twice a week produces the same hypertrophy as 3 or more times per week, but produces greater strength - the 72 hour rule i mention above shows why  8)

you could also try increasing carbs for more energy.

good luck.

yes the heat is the kundalini - very interesting stuff.

on that note i have found that when i was trying my first ever steroid - whinny, and my balls shrivelled up, i got a pain, in both my balls and my lower back - funnily enough when you activate the kundalini, it follows that path, when it rises up.

rises - sesir - sore - sore balls  :o

About the onion and garlic powder, the problem I had most certainly was due it's blood thinning properties, and at 30 cups shopped a day this could become a problem. But other than that I felt fine, but only did it for 2 days.

Make sure your getting enough sleep at night.
Eat at least 4-5 small meals per day.
Take your supplements (protein shakes, multivites, etc)
