I miss the pumping iron footage, where the bodybuilders dressed normal, lifted weights, acted pretty normal, laughed , etc

Nowadays the videos look like A BUNCH OF FAT PIGS, ALL SWEATY, MEAN MUGGIN', AND EVERY TIME THEY L;IFT SOMETHING THEY MAKE A FACE LIKE THEY'RE TRYING TO PASS THE BIGGEST TURD EVER ....

Your right, but he beat them both, but he only beat Phil when he was a rookie and Toney is not the same Toney as he was as before. Now I'm only mentioning Toney if he sticks with Palumbo.

the large tendon of your quad that runs from your knee cap and inserts in to the tibia bone.
