i have very little bodyfat on my legs...seems none at all...when i flex my quad i can see a muscle moving under the skin....is that normal? or does that mean my quads are well developed?

Are you sure it is a muscle moving under your skin. You might be so muscular the muscle is moving above your skin. If so you have a real problem.
