im gonna order from trueprotein for 1st time this week...but i dunno what to order...ive always used whey isolate cold filtered from species
but i hear hydrolyzed is really good?
ive heard ion exchange is no good?
would it be good to order 50%cold filtered whey isolate and 50%hydrolyzed whey?
i want a good qulaity whey to take post workout and to have during the day to mix w/ a fat source like olive oil or peanut butter
please help

hydrolyzed is good , but some of hydrolyzed proteins are a bitter
ion exchange is good , maybe not good as cold filtration and CFM , but that depends on who you ask , this one is DC fav protein powder
it would be ok to order that mix , with premium flavor would taste OK
I would suggest ordering milk protein isolate or complete milk diary isolate , milk protein isolate is cheaper and has a little more carbs and fat per serving , you can use it for PWO and for during a day , Lyle McDonald recommends this protein for PWO , its like pudding when you put water and mix it , you can eat it with spoon , and taste great with flavors like premium dutch chocolate and premium strawberry and cream
