No.....we just have too much class to go out and make idiots of ourselves by waving hand made signs on a stick,on a street corner, throwing paint on someone who has something made from an animal and causing riots when something doesn't go our way.......well, you get the point. I think.

Bitching about the OJ verdict? Are you forgetting about the way coons acted after the cops who were trying to help Rodney King back into his car were acquitted?
Rodney King's asswhoopin' was caught on camera. Only a true simpleton or someone begging for attention would make such a stupid comparison.

You think OJs guilt is in question? You are right though, there is no comparison. One guy murdered the mother of his children and the other case a few guys got rough with a crackhead. Biggest difference is though whites didn't riot like a bunch of animals.

I've overheard people in the gym predicting that there will be an assassination attempt if Obama wins. That will ensure a riot.

'Guilt' is apparently a question of legal process, not right or wrong.
No telling how many people have been murdered since then that no one gives a shit about but those two were somehow special because of OJ. People can name the judge, cops, lawyers, nurse who drew the blood, witnesses, etc.... from the OJ trial. No one I know (my ass included) can easily name one of the cops videotaped whooping Rodney King's ass. On video tape, FFS!! Sure, OJ is free despite a mountain of tampered with evidence but the crime against King was on videotape so of course n***as got pissed when the police went free.
If those cops were black and Rodney King was white they would have gone to jail. They also would have been tried in LA county where the crime happened.

Instead of rioting they changed California's hearsay law to allow a diary into evidence without being challenged. Basically this means 6th amendment rights were modified for all Californians to ensure OJ lost the civil case. Think about that, LOL! They actually changed the law.
What people did did to the law in reaction will probably last a lot longer than any riot did.
Maybe the question was too hard or something. I only wanted to know what people thought the cultural backlash of a minority president would be.
Personally, I believe Americans will have the exact same amount of racism. People will just have to be more honest with themselves about how they view race and social structure in America.
People who have a problem with Obama being black aren't necessarily racist in my opinion. It probably has more to do with members of the majority feeling their authority/power slipping away. That's exactly why I'm convinced McCain still has a chance to win. Fear is a powerful motivator and this would be a pretty big change for people in the majority in terms of their self image.
Poor whites actually still feel good about being white, LOL! It makes no sense, but it's true. Seeing a black man rise that high might be more than a lot of people can deal with. I still say poor is poor. :)
