Post by: Bluto on October 26, 2008, 04:49:43 PM
Knockout of the Night — Junior Dos Santos

Submission of the Night – Spencer Fisher

Fight of the Night — Sean Sherk vs. Tyson Griffin

Each fighter received $65,000 for their efforts in addition to their respective base salaries, which is $25,000 higher than the $40,000 awards issued last week at UFC 89.

as much as people criticize the ufc and their payouts i think in this case theyre doing everything right... every fighter has the chance to earn that bonus, its up to them to make it happen... $65,000 is a lot of money for knocking someone out or submitting them...

Very true.

I think the whole bonus system where the fighters are paid partly on performance is a very good one.
