you can I don't use creatine when on but when I come off I use
creatine mono at about 20grams a day for a month and then maint till my next cycle
it helps me hold on to that puff bloated look.

Yeah I don't typically use it when "on". You might want to wait and see how much water you retain from the cycle. Then if you dont hold a lot of water go ahead and use creatine.

the effects of creatine should theoretically be more pronoounced while on gear than while off gear, and should definitely help you build muscle a bit faster, even on cycle. using it during pct and off cycle only makes sense on the sruface, but you might be entering pct with a bit less muscle than you would have had using creatine during your cycle, and i dont know if theres any reason to believe that a 'tolerance' builds up with creatien, so you should still get the same benefits from creatine during your pct and off cycle time if you used the creatine on cycle as wel as off cycle, instead of just off cycle, so the end result would be more muscle.

Works great w/Anavar ;)

It shouldn't hurt you one way or the other - I personally don't use it at all. As for the doseage use whatever you were using before taking gear.

Should?
Not necessarily.
I don't use supplements for the most part.
Creatine only soaks water in to the muscle bellies, which aids in leverage when you lift.
It's temporary which is why you load it.
Once you stop using it, you will piss out all that water retention.
