I believe he charges for autographs, and pics with him.

Seriously, it's important that we start tormenting Lou for this crap and I'm talking full court press here.  Take pics, take pics with your friend walking behind him, photocopy his pic and forge his autograph and hand them out for free 10 feet from him.

Everyone should give him a Bronx Cheer when he asks for money.
