Are you training now or just getting back to it?
you could probably go to an HRT clinic and get checked out see if you can get a script for it...
36 is still young you got ten more good years in you bro.
but yes maybe alittle test and you would be good to go....any past cycles?
-
I don't think you will get many suggestions on illegal activity considering you are a cop. Here is a suggestion you should be familiar with if you have actually been training since you were a "teen". Lift, cardio, high protein, moderate carbs and fats diet and stop being a lazy fatass. Welcome to getbig copper!

Check your testosterone levels. MAybe low. Also do a search on low test levels.
-
some hgh test and deca would do you some good...do you take glucosamine? cuz that def helps with aches and pains.
-
find a doctor to prescribe you hgh.. that's is what you need. take that with test and you will feel like a young man again.
36 is young.. but a lot of wear and tear will damage you.. the hgh will mend things.
Is there any doctor that prescribes HGH? Does insurance cover?
-
Thanks everyone. all i am taking now is tribulus and my protein shakes and some osteo bioflex(which dows help with aches some). I ve never done any cycles before all though some of my friends in the past have. I try to watch my diet and hit the gym 4 or 5 times a wk. i think always being athletic i never really had to worry about these things. shit i remeber when it was hard to gain any weight , now all i have to do is watch a mcdonalds commrcial.

I agree with allmost everyone on this subject.
Go to an open minded DR. as in smart and try to get good doses of HRT. What you really need is Nandrolone Decanoate, Any Testosterone ester except suspension and some HGH would do wonders to you as well.
Those fuckers on the streets wearing pants five sizes too big are on CRACK so it should be only fair that you are on something TOO!
-
Well if you have aches and pains from working out then thats good, your doing it right. Its supposed to hurt. call me in 9 years and tell me how you feel, man I know.
HGH sure it would be good, but just some old fashion test might be your best bet, that and a small dose of deca should have you feeling pretty good.
-
well thanks everyone. i really didnt think id get as many suggestions as i did. now im not sure which way to go with it all. i get the good muscle pains from workingout , but the problem is the joint pains in the elbows anpretty much everywhere.i spent an hour today looking for some of the online sources, are there any better than others.and yes the crackheads do have an advantage. we just had a crackhead attack a friend of mine and when he shot him with the taser him guy died. now its under investegation they arent taking my taser. im sure the ouce of cocaine in his system but .........

Are you still in lifting shape?
If you're in decent shape, then perhaps AAS and GH may help.
If you're way out of shape, I suggest you focus on lifting again and cardio before worrying about drugs.

Up your cardio, fat-burning cardio........and get in to better condition before you start a cycle.

If you can get cheap GH, sure......
I think AAS will help you more, esp with the lifting......
Cardio is essential for your heart.

I agree. For someone your age you probably want to stick with AAS, but if you can get GH at a decent price, once you run it you'll probably never want to come off it. Even at just 2-4ius a day you get some great effects especially for older guys.

I'm 35 and have had some problems with T levels too. I agree that an HRT doc would be a good idea, but try to find a knowledgeable guy and explore some of the causes of less than ideal levels (if that's what's going on). TRT and HGH will make you feel good, but only as long as you continue to inject them. If you're prepared to do so for the rest of your life, cool. If not, see what you can do with changes in diet, lifestyle, stress levels, etc.

whats up boys? heres what i decided. im going with the eca stack and some glucosamine. im gonna try to up the cardio and reps to lose about 20 lbs. i made a dr apt and am going to bring up the hgh thing to him. was looking online for deca and test and it looks way to shady for me. Im glad you feel comfortable advising me even though im a cop. i could have left that out but i didnt. we are people too.i really do feel that somew drugs should be legal. really what do you think is worse drunk on alcohol or high on marjuana. i deal with drunks way too much and im gonna say alcohol, but thats my thought
-
good choice going with the glucosamine...the main thing is if you want to get juice prescribed to you by a clinic...make sure you do a face to face consultation...that way you cannot get in trouble for using juice..

Look into some HRT & start adding some fish oil to your supps (10+ grams).

What does fish oil do, really?

What does fish oil do, really?
1. Less Pain and Inflammation. Omega 3 fatty acids, particularly EPA, have a very positive effect on your inflammatory response. Through several mechanisms, they regulate your body's inflammation cycle, which prevents and relieves painful conditions like arthritis, prostatitis, cystitis and anything else ending in "itis."
2. Cardiovascular Health. Omega 3 fatty acids have also been proven to work wonders for your heart and the miles and miles of arteries and veins that make up your cardiovascular system. They help to lower cholesterol, tryglicerides, LDLs and blood pressure, while at the same time increasing good HDL cholesterol. This adds years to your life expectancy.
3. Protection from Stroke and Heart Attack. When plaque builds up on arterial walls and then breaks loose, it causes what's known as a thrombosis, which is a fancy way of saying clot. If a clot gets stuck in the brain, it causes a stroke and when it plugs an artery, it causes a heart attack. Research shows omega 3 fatty acids break up clots before they can cause any damage.
4. Better Brain Function and Higher Intelligence. Pregnant and nursing mothers can have a great impact on the intelligence and happiness of their babies by supplementing with fish oil. For adults, omega 3 improves memory, recall, reasoning and focus. You'll swear you're getting younger and smarter.
5. Less Depression and Psychosis. Making you smarter is not all omega 3 does for your brain. Psychiatry department researchers at the University of Sheffield, along with many other research studies, found that omega 3 fish oil supplements "alleviate" the symptoms of depression, bipolar and psychosis (Journal of Affective Disorder Vol. 48(2-3);149-55).
6. Lower Incidence of Childhood Disorders. Just to show how fish oil fatty acids leave nobody out, studies show that children (and adults) with ADD and ADHD experience a greatly improved quality of life. And those with dyslexia, dyspraxia and compulsive disorders have gotten a new lease on life thanks to omega 3 oils.
7. Reduction of Breast, Colon and Prostate Cancer. And finally, omega 3 fish oil has been shown to help prevent three of the most common forms of cancer – breast, colon and prostate. Science tells us that omega 3s accomplish this in three ways. They stop the alteration from a normal healthy cell to a cancerous mass, inhibiting unwanted cellular growth and causing apoptosis, or cellular death, of cancer cells.

Disagree with the use of eca, some guys like it tho. I think stimulants do more harm than good in the long term. Also disagree with high reps for fat loss, but maybe it's sore joints that's the issue for you. Fat loss is all about what you eat and giving it time. Definitely agree with fish oil for health and wellbeing.
