That is what I was trying to say to the dude who was stating that Ronnie's arms were ONLY 21.5, according to the vid were he was in Korea @ 300 pounds. Now, if one is traveling all over the place, one can't train on the reg, but one can eat on the reg.
At that day day and time they were 21.5, the have been bigger.

today training they went up to 56'3 cm ,cold they probably will be 54 or 55 yes,its was in this year olympia expo and its was great,i will beback next year for sure,training in golds vegas is great!!!

Overall Phil Heath has the best arms in bodybuilding. Nothing is lacking. Incredible tris and bis and great forearms. Remember this is the total arm minus shoulders.
