Today i return to the weight room...last week iwas overtrained...today i feel fresh and got 9hrs of sleep last night...todays workout will be heavy low volume back...updates to come at 7pm east coast time...

snap a few cell phone pics in the gym. would be interesting to see who trains in style, and who trains in a dungeon.
personally, I train in a grungy garage 2 days a week, and a fitness center 3 days a week. But this thread isn't about me.

Same here, I only trained 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Time to gain.

There's no such thind as overtraining, just under dosing. Up the dosage!!

train 6 times a week or youre just kidding yourself and cheating yourself off massive muscle gains
in my gym if people are not there 6 times a week or more they get banned

today went GREAT
i trained low volume for back
1-2 warm up sets
2 heavy working sets per exercise
3 exercises---6 sets total
pump was great...i feel sore now...finished in 40 minutes
feels good to be back
im off to the boardwalks now w my fiancee for a halloween party at our fav restaurant
later!
