Alex-is Under Armour the new Tapout gear?

Unfortunately they're often paired together; a long sleeve lycra shirt + tapout t-shirt over.

but mainly the UnderArmor head-to-toer wants you to believe he's an "athlete"; football player or baseball player but has never stepped on grass in his life.

I'm not liking their socks as much. They seem to get "cold" from the foot sweat I'm guessing. Either way they aren't doing shit.

It's coming...UA was a 20 million dollar company just a few years ago...Next year, they are looking to be at just under 1 Billion...They have sights in on Nike over the next decade...If we all live past 2012 that is...

The cool thing about UA is the founder actually played Football himself...Not like the founder of Nike who was just a long distance runner...

The Tapout guys definitely earned the money idiots give them and tons of people wear Under Armor. Most Taptards can't fight and a lot of Under Armpits are fat. One thing is certain.... Under Armor, silly as it may look on most people, makes a really good product that does what it says it does. I just wish it did what halfwits think it does: make skinny guys look jacked and fat guys look shredded. :)

Settle down 'TechnoViking'... no need to get all agitated.. I know you miss your Vuarnet t-shirt paired with your Converse sweats with an elastic at the bottom....

point is both are has-been brands, same directions CrapOut is heading ... just a fad.

What you call a fad, I call timing...You make you money on something when you can...And UnderArmour is not a fad...The silly tight shirts worn out in public for sure will be but the brand UA for sure is here to stay...They already control half of baseball and and football and many other sports...If they can ever make a decent sneaker and break into the NBA, forget about it...

UA will be a 2 billion dollar company in less then 5 years...

Hey Vuarnet was my first major sponsor.  An old classmate married the owner Matias Mengis (?) who later sold it and started a big grape farm in Northern Cal. or something like that.  They paid me very well and in fact I was the second highest paid athlete behind Martina Navratilova.  Scott (something) who was a race driver was right behind me.  I had a performance contract with product.  I loved those glasses.  When they dropped me I went and got signed by REVO which they were great.  I really like their glasses.  I gave away so many glasses.  IN fact the pic below I got REVO to give us some glasses for the movie.  The other you can see my Vuarnet T-shirt, glasses and hat during shooting of Over the Top.  I haven't heard anything about Vuarnet for years.  I wonder how they are doing.

Keith, that Vaurnet ad with the fishes looks like you at Alan's wedding. What's the story behind that picture?

Never bought Under Armor but those long johns looks like they'd be ideal to keep the legs warm while skiing up at Tahoe. Anyone know how they'd work in real cold conditions? Right now I got a pair from USMC Cold Weather School. Old itchy wooly ones with the ass flap in the back. The buttons are gone so it gets kind of drafty. I understand that silk long Johns are the best now-a-days to keep skiers warm on the slopes.

Oh yea, Keith! A "grape farm" is a VINYARD. They grow those grapes to make the wine you never drink in a Northern California area just across the road called Napa. We used to pay $3 for a good bottle of vino but now you pay a lot more because wine is the in-thing to drink and people are stupid paying $10 a bottle and even more. They think good wine is expensive but us Napa-ites know better and only buy and enjoy the GOOD cheap stuff.

Most of us who have been in and around the wine industry simply sit back and laugh when the tourists go through these phony wine rituals.

Anyway, a grape farm is a Vinyard. And where the hell are my Vaurnets?

a couple of workout shirts.

1 pair of sneakers{best fitting sneaker I've ever had}

throw in a hat and a back pack for carrying my gym gear and I'm all set :-\
