I know its all over this thread but i am in real need of a meal by meal diet plan...ive got my workout routine down and all that i just am in search for a solid diet plan...im going to start the low to virtually no carb diet monday-friday and moderate to heavier carb days on saturday and sunday.....some pertinent information im 24 years old 6'1 and as of late a very soft and pudgy 220 i would like to drop to around 190 with visible abs (they have almost completely disappeared lately)..thanks for all your help in advance guys....
