He's probably like I was after the 04 election. I was so burnt out on tlkaing politics, that i zoned out of it for like 6 months.

SInce Oct 8 when I got serious about lifting, I've followed politics a lot less. Buying some new equipment for the home gym. Having a tough time finding a good squat rack :(

I once designed a small gym and also looked at the body solid machines. Unfortunally, they are not very robust. I'd rather go with welded equipment.

bullshit neithe movement fucks up knees or back..what fucks up knees and back is by doing shitty form too heavy ego lifting... keep it within your range of power and keep the tension ON THE MUSCLE and you wont get those problems.... problems arise when your more worried about the # of lbs on the bar/machine and not as worried about contracting concentric and eccentric and working the muscle.. bodybuilding 101 ... this shit is basic..

240- thats cool- I wd suggest a squat rack- I have one in my gym- its more versatile to- I think body solid makes one too

Yes. If normal squats are hurting your knees or back then your form is more than likely, not good.
