Post by: ASJChaotic on November 04, 2008, 12:59:17 PM
I read this somewhere on here
"heating protein will make it useless to the body"
is there ANY truth to this?  ???
if so, all steak, grilled chicken, cooked meats in general are useless?
is this true just about whey protein?

Useless, definitely not, but cooking is a chemical change-the original is irreversably changed and less recognized as a viable food source and by-products have been added to it, some of which are carcinogenic.
