Title: Has anyone else heard of people having voting tailgate parties?
Post by: danielson on November 04, 2008, 03:10:11 PM
At the Coleman Young building in Detroit people started to arrive at around 2 a.m. and actually tailgated like it was a football game. ;D They were barbecuing and acting like it was a party. I know many of you people who post on this board are unemployed, is this something you would do?

Hahaha. Sounds like a bunch of welfares and unionists celebrating the beginning of their next 4 years of bliss.

Most of us had to work today...

I voted on my lunch hour. Obama says himself that he will help people who work hard, so even if they are complete imbeciles and think he is going to magically change their lives, they must realize that since they have nothing better to do on a Tuesday then BBQ and party, their lives are still going to suck. Right?

My question is, what will these people do when Obama can't come through on his promises due to the economy, or that their wild expectations of him are completely false.

I don't know, have a BBQ maybe? Talk about two steps forward and three back for the black race. I am genuinely embarrassed for these people and I voted for Obama.

As long as I'm not blamed for his failure to cure their ills.

If America were smarter and not so corrupt he would have been president.

Dose getting home from work at 430 & having a glass of Johnnie Walker & then going to vote count as tailgating?
