this week back in the gym has worn me out...im training low volume getting lot of rest at night and eating tons...but my workouts have drained me...i truly now know the power of high intnesity lifting...like today i trained legs and i did heavy squats and deadlifts...oh mercy...my hams and quads are fried...my whole body is beat up...took in some red meat today for recovery...tommorow is a rest day and then friday back in the gym

just get some rest man...layoff or train light for a week or too...its not unnatural, you gotta listen to your body, u know:)
