Anybody had issues with cramping up really bad while on cycle? Tried to play a little B-Ball today, and thought my legs were going to fall off. Daaaamn, never had cramps like that. Cardio at all does it... >:(
Happen to anyone else or am I the only one? What causes this?

I get back pumps when I'm squatting...gets so painful that I need to cut the session short.

Yes it happens to me, not much really helps, you can try Gatorade or banana, but they don't take cramps away right away. I saw hairdryer works on some you tube video.

I will always cramp up. Just wait til your fuckin' some chick and your hamstring knots up on you and you can't straighten out your leg. Right guys. ;D

do you drink enough water? i usually drink a gallon and a half a day and never have issues unless im using clen and then i will supplement with taurine

i even get back pumps on arm day. ;D
i notice that the stroger i get on basic movements like deadlift and bb rows and hack squats... the more comfortable and easy it is to move and function normally. lately ive started doing alot more hyper extensions for lower back, and i definitely feel a much more relaxed when standing in good posture.

Try upping your potassium, eat some bananas or prunes, might also try some taurine at 6-8gs a day. Also make sure your putting down at minimum 1 gallon of water a day. Increasing your B vit intake along with inosine and creatin will help with keeping the muscles oxidized and helps avoid lactic acid buildup.

Ya, it feels like just an OD of lactic acid. I will have to go get some taurine and see what happens.

I have got that before...for some reason it his troublesome to hit my left ass check

I've always had trouble with glute shots. :-\
