how many of yall own your own home gym?
do u still work out in commercial gyms?
any pix to share of the home gyms?
i m talking a ronnie coleman style home gym!
my dream is to have a home gym someday.

i do but i don't use it.  mostly used to air dry sweaters and as an ashtray stand for when i play guitar hero.

I have an awesome garage gym

Ill take a pic for you tonite after I wk out

mostly Body Solid

Bench Press, Squat Rack, Lat Pull Down Station, Leg Extention Machine

3 Olympic Bars, 20 45lb wts dumbells up to 120  

thats all u need for anything

still like to go to a nice gym like Milos' or Golds Venice once a month or so

I have an olympia bench, olympic set, and some dumbbells.

I use it for deadlifts and rows on back days when I'm too lazy to drive.
I use it for bench'inclin'decline when I'm too busy on chest day.
I sometimes do shoulders out there as well - babell press and DB side raises.

Arm day and leg day, I always drive to the gym.  When I"m just feeling like a day of barbell work for shoulders or back, the home gym is perfect.  Tonight I may go do 5 sets of deadlifts before shower/bed.
