guys, please take me seriously and HELP ME! I have not had a decent nights sleep in about 2 weeks! i do use red bull and coffee which as of today, i will no longer be using! but, i am wondering if the supplements i am using have anything to do with my insomnia. i am using gaspari's novadex xt test booster, milk thistle, 6oxo, orabol ( 7a-ethyl-nito-sulfate), and an amino acid pill with a multvitmin. would any combo of these things keep a person awake? one night, i took all the supps together, accept for the multivitamin. (i'm sure if you do that, they will keep you up having to piss at night.) anyway, i have been told to take melatonin. any other suggestions, (besides stabbing myself, shooting myself, overdosing on tylenol pms, or having one of my roid raged buddies beat the crap out of me and knock me out cold?) ;D

howabout not taking all those supps. and instead a glass of warm milk before bedtime!

Are any other circumstances possible? Are you stressed out lately because of work or something else? Has the insomnia coincided with the time you started taking all this stuff?

maybe ZMA before bedtime?? Always helps me get the most out of my sleep...

Get off all of those. See what happens to your sleeping patterns. You will then know if they were effecting them or not. I am guessing you will sleep just fine. I also think most of those products are a waste of your money and will do little for your progress in the gym.

thanks dudes! i am limiting all caffeine right now. last night, i slept ok, but i woke up with a tremendous headache that lasted most of the day! i'll let you all know in about 2 weeks how i feel.

i'm down to one cup of coffee in the morning and stopping all other forms of caffeine. Workouts kinda suck without it, but sleep is more important
