I'm 5-4 in fourth place. I suck ;D

6-3 and tied for first in my division. My team is awesome at running back with Peterson, Chris Johnson, and Bush. Wish I could start all three! Have Fitzgerald, S. Moss, and Houzmazadah at WR. Qb position is weak with Big Ben and Pennington.
4-5 and in third place in my other league. I drafted Tom Brady so go figure....

My rb's are killing me. Larry Johnson assaults a new woman each week and is suspended and Addai has been hurt.

I have those three RBs as well and I can start 3, we use a flex position. But am I missing something? I thought Bush was going to be out for a while. I am 6-3 in a league and 5-4 in another.

I've been offered a trade. Someone in my league offered Brett Favre for Reggie Bush. I'm tempted to take the trade because my QB's are weak. I have Rothlesberger, Pennington, and Cassel as my Qb's.
My starters are A. Peterson and Chris Johnson and I can only start two each week. My backups are Bush, M. Morris, and Fred Taylor.
It's nice to have depth at running back but I'd like to upgrade at QB.
Bush's punt returns don't count when I start him at running back so that's frustrating.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

No, I think it's more than fair straight up.
Also, why didn't I start Green-Ellis today? Thomas Jones went bananas for me, which negated Cutler's awesome day. But Aaron Rodgers has turned out to be a big pile of poop with a whopping four points so far.

Dude i dont think thats anywhere near fair man i would definitly ask for another player...I dont know how your league scores but reggie is killing in my league even with him out the last what 2 weeks? he is still one of the highest point total RB in my league. Farve is prone to turn overs and I personally think that you can always pick up a mediocre QB everyweek that plays a shitty team Warner if he is available is decent, garrard, delhomme. If im not mistaken bush comes back either next week or the week after and I wouldnt mind trading him if I where you but Id ask for more.

ehh probably would have done the same thing, rogers against Minnesota was imho your best bet...the giants D is pretty good even though its mcnabb.

LOL we have a guy like that in my league hes like 2nd in points but is in 5th place b/c everyone always has a great week when they play him. I kept saying that sooner or later he will start winning but it just doesnt end up happening.

Do you seriously think for a second that Kurt Warner is a free agent in anyone's league?? he's like the top rated QB in fantasy this year. Or close to it.

You know, I thought about trading Bush in order to upgrade Housh but I'm not ready to give up on him just yet. I think he could really explode in the next 2-3 weeks just in time for playoff time. Him and Ryan Fitzpatrick could start to get in better rhythm.
Plus I got Fargas and Favre in the trade and Fargas starts for Oakland with Mcfadden out.

ellis will probably get more touches but the jets have a decent run defense...Mcallister is going against Kansas who has a horrible run defense but unless the saints decide to run more which i gotta believe they will do he only got 5 touches last week and only ran the ball 17 times in all...I think i would go with ellis all in all he will more than likely get more touches and maybe break for a td.

The Giants D has been a fantasy beast in my league. In fact, I lost a game one week because they picked up the safety, then had two sacks and an INT on the Steelers' final drive.
Seeing the Giants win was worth it, though.

I think it's because Morris came back. I heard he was on the field pre-game on the way home in my car but it was too late....
It's OK, I was leaning that way anyway. It was almost a disaster of a game, fantasy-wise, as I had Thomas Jones and Randy f'n Moss as well, and they both got TDs very late.

All in all i think i would start rethlesberger but he will probably get sacked more so if your league takes points off for sacks you might want to think about it some more.

I used a site called DraftSharks this year and they had Jones rated at their 14th overall pick. They rank the players by avg fantasy draft pick vs. their own. It's worked out pretty well.

Cutler scored 65 the other week when he threw for 447 yards.

Guy I played scored 46 points, so the Green-Ellis move cost nothing. I got a cheap win, finally, after catching almost everyone on their best week.
I need to trade either McNabb or Rodgers, they have the same yearly point total, and I'm sick of trying to guess which one has a better matchup. Better to let one guy ride it out, and catch both their good and bad weeks.

Thanks. NFL.com league. Twelve teams, three divisions. Another team is also 10-1, but his only loss is to me and I've outscored him by about 90 points. Not over yet. Too much luck involved to make any predictions.

Congrats. Now 12-1 and just clinched the "top seed" in the playoffs. Have one more regular season game before the playoffs. Will be a tough match up.

The game can be maddening. I remember one year I must have done about 50 mocks getting ready. Had my draft and some woman took McNair in the first round, a defense in the second, etc. I had what I thought was a great draft. She not only beat me head-to-head, she finished with a better record.

I too, know what you guys mean. The very first year i ever played FF, it was around 1993 or something, I got RICE in the first round, was 12-1 and lost in the first round of the play offs.
It is a crazy game. BTW, my first pick this year was Tom Brady ;D
Tony, throwing a game to get a better match up in the playoffs is kosher in my book. ;D all is fair in love and football.

one week left. team ahead is 5-8 (they were no.1 weeks ago but had a 6 game collapse..) my garbage squad beat them during that slid ,so we own the tie braker and pts scored.

Locked up first place and #1 seed this week.
I had been getting by each week with a rotation of running backs in my 2nd running back spot.
Started with Bush, then switched to McAllister, then Green-Ellis, then found gold in Peyton Hillis.
Now he's out for the year, and fantasy playoffs start this week.
I still have Bush and McAllister on reserve, and had picked up Sproles and Tashard Choice just in case, and have a claim in on Tatum Bell.
I'm not sure who to pick. I think if Barber bags out again, Choice is a great option, even if it's against the Giants. Bell might be too, as it seems anyone who is the feature back for Denver puts up points. Bush is good too, but Thomas seems to be getting a lot of time, and he's available as well.
Any ideas?

esh man i think i would throw bush in, choice isnt a bad idea either but you dont know if barber is going to play or not so if you pass on bush and he does good and barber plays your kinda stuck. Iono i would think the colts would do good they are still in the playoff hunt and will more than likely do pretty good this week. Depends on how your league scores too though.

Won a championship. Finished the season 15-1. Beat every team in the league. Total points leader by over 100. Won my last 11 in a row. Hands down my best season ever. Love the fact that Davone Bess started in my championship game. :)
