either im getting older or nibiru is nearing but i simply cannot fight the urge to pass out and sleep a good 11 hours sometimes, i was not even able to workout either i was just so damn tired ...ill give you a rundown of my training and sleeping pattern
3 days ago- worked/trained like a mad man 500 reps total on front squats with 40 pound dumbells and 200 reps upper body with 40 pound dumbells-8hours sleep
2 days ago-worked/ only could do 120 reps total on front squats with 40 pound dumbells 8hours sleep
1 day ago- worked only no training required a ton of sleep 11 hours
all three days plenty of calories as much as i wanted
today im hoping i can get a brutal workout like from 3 days ago
the body is definitly like the ocean with its high and low tides
-
And yet you will look like shit at the GB3.
-
i wish others would contribute to this thread and document unusual patterns like this
keep in mind it is my intention to train maximally each day. and for me that is training legs first and foremost with as many sets possible and as much food as it takes
perhaps there is a worldly conscious pattern that we are not yet aware of but is right under our perception
perhaps 3 days ago is the ultimate worldly training day but we wouldve never known if we hadent collaborated
-
And yet you will look like shit at the GB3.
you have a good day too my friend ::)

I seriously feel like Johnny Falcon has returned to previous state of consciousness. He comments as of late have made A LOT of sense. I am very pleased with this? Maybe his state of mind has shifted from impregnation of women to improvement and control of physical self.

Your nutrition sucks balls. Ask anybody. Seriously, reconsider what you are eating.
Also, you can't train all out, high volume, repeated failure, same exercises every single day. You're not on anymore. Back it off.
Your rec drug use is a factor in exhaustion. Stimulants like methamphetamine will rev you up, but you can only rev high for so long until your system fails. No, marijuana will not cure you because it's a downer. Your adrenals are probably shot to hell. Stop the drugs, don't have stimulants of any kind even caffeine, take 500mg of vit C every 3 hours, a B complex (w/B5) 2x a day, a daily multi, and plenty of water. Put the nightlife aside and get at least 8 hours a night for a few weeks. As mentioned, eat proper food with plenty of veg. Quit living on fast food and takeaway, kid.
I'm sure you'll try to convince yourself that it's just going to be a question of mind over matter but your body needs what it needs and it has its limits. All the willpower in the world isn't going to change that. Recognize it and start living right.

thats not me.

I was talking about a couple years ago, but never mind.
Definitely cut out the caffeine and weed and scale back the training. IMO, go heavier, 4-8 reps, for shorter workouts, stay away from failure. Since I've quit lifting to failure my energy has been up.
You're too young to be feeling like this. Something is out of whack. I'd guess you're pushing too hard in the gym, poisoning yourself with too much crap, and not giving the body what it needs in the way of good food, hydration, and adequate sleep every night.
Btw, if you eat A LOT of broc (I put it through a juicer raw), consider finding some organic stuff. Pesticides are a concern if you eat a shitload.
-
Dont care how tough you are, not even the toughest can read DW's ramblings
-
when you're hungry, eat
when you're thirsty, drink
when you're restless, workout
when you're tired, sleep

AHAHAHAHAH!!! "nibiru".......nuttier than a Payday
-
I hear ya because I go through the same thing at time. I attribute it to my caffeine use (abuse). Find a day to rest and try to minimize caffeine as much as you can that day. Next day normal ops. Or go cold turkey on caffeine a week.
-
I agree...I agree... :-\

too much sleep can be dangerous to the health

HAHAHAH!!!! Cornier than a post harvest shit.

I thought huffing paint acted as anti-sleep aid? ???

i think you are wasting your time with all of this high rep training. Learn some more difficult bodyweight exercises that you will only be able to do for low reps:

Yesterday I had pain in my shoulder bone and backbone. Today I havent worked out or eaten much, but sleeped an extra 4 hours. About 12 hours and all the pain was gone. I didn't even plan to sleep longer, it just happened. I'm gonna work out night time today. just like Jay cutler does sometimes. I feel as though something is guiding me lately, that is my experience.
