10lb weight gain in two weeks...enjoying these lighter "mind muscle" type workouts

Legs:
3 Sets
Squats 135x20

Shoulders:
Side laterals
10lb plate each hand....10 sets...of 10 reps

PWO
1 Litre Strawberry Milk. 750 Cals
1 Cream sponge cake. 900 cals
2 Small Choc Brownies 300 cals

Show them 50g of carbs twiks what real calorie and lifting weights is all about..
