Right now im just taking Maxpro Protien and Creatine and Nitric Oxide.Can someone help me get on the right track so i can stop messing around? Im getting more and more serious about working out.I want to know what i should get to have a good amount of gain's.When i go to my "A" school im just going to class and gym.

First i would focus on quality foods. The usual stuff protein(chicken,steak,turkey,eggs) quality carbs and healthy fats and don't be afraid to cheat once and a while. The only supps that are worthwhile IMO are whey,creatine,multis and efa's. Eat every three hours or so.
Also if by "A school" you mean college, please don't be one of those guys that when all your friends are going out to party you're sitting there weighing chicken breasts and writing in your log book. Working out and eating good is great but don't let it control your life,be dedicated but have some perspective. Just my.002

haha apreciate it man. no A school is like my tech. school. im in college right now but im in the Coast Guard. I used to eat out all the time now i eat at home and if i do i get chicken or beef. I ordered another tube of animal pak's yesterday
