Did you even snicker at my joke >:(
In any case, congrats on not checking your weight if you are trying to avoid doing so. The fit of your clothes can be a good indication of gaining or losing. What are you trying to do?

I use Nivea, LOL!
Trying to gain but was checking it waaaaay too much. Finally disciplined myself to not check on weekends and then decided to go once/week. I lose weight on the weekends because of missed meals and beer. Lately, I've been pretty hungry and haven't been missing meals on weekends. The kids keep me eating and watching crappy crap on tv like Animal Planet and i-Carly but I don't typically drink or smoke when they are around because the weather sucks outside.
I'm working under the assumption that Heineken has no carbs which means the beer or two I might have in a day don't count in the diet.

1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

I'm not big on desert or snacks. A few weeks ago I had 2 cannolis for the first time in over 3 years. There are only even a few candies I even eat. I'm just eating more clean food and adding 3-4 shakes/day with amino acids. I don't like cake, ice cream, most pies and could give up chocolate pretty much forever.
Walked by the scales at the gym again today and stayed strong, LOL! I'll break down and do it this week but not today, LOL! I really can't tell the weight too well by looking unless really dehydrated.
