I got this from Layne Norton, except he advocated 4 weeks of bulking and 2 weeks of dieting.
What do you think?

yeah dude it will work good.
you can do that on any size scale
for example
2 months bulk , 1 month cut
2 weeks bulk , 1 week cut
2 days bulk , 1 day cut
bulk all day, morning cardio

such short period, the results from diet change will not show until after 20 days or something like that...

I think that is too short of a time to gain any sort of size other from just water weight. I would bulk for a few months then diet. Some of these fad diets and training schemes usually worked for them, but no one else. I assume you might need some serious fast acting performance enhancers to make this work. JMO, Good luck with everything. :)
