if you don't go to bed hungry keep it like this.
Or just stretch out the time in between meals. You won't shrink if you don't eat every three hours.

If people would shrink from not eating every 3 hours, mankind would be extinct.
Actually, from my experience, maintaining on eating every 24h is no problemo.

As already said, no point stressing about that "gotta eat every 2hrs BS"
Maybe just space your meals further apart during the day. Eating a few meals 4 hrs apart is fine.
